Pop-Up Post Mortem

That's me in one of my art dresses with one of my "Color Block" silk scrolls.

Three of my dresses here. And another of my art dresses in the background.

These are a few of my new art pillows. You can custom order at my online store.

Here are my framed prints still on display at Maker & Moss. Stop by if you didn't have a chance to check out my one-day pop-up - these will be here all week.

Feeling pretty good as I hit a major milestone that I've been working on for over a year - my first ever pop-up art show - showing and selling all of my new artwork. So much to do to get ready, but it all went without a hitch! Thank you, my new and old friends for being there! Here are some shots of the day. And by the way, it was more of a Pop-OUT than a Pop-Up - as in - showing the world all of my yummy COLOR COMBOS.

Valerie striking a pose in one of my art silk scarves. And check out the tables filled with my colorful. table linens, greeting cards, necklaces, gift wrap, tote bags, and more...

Now it's time to get ready for my next big art event - one which will be entirely different - all art, no "merch". And that's exciting too because I have a nice big gallery space at The Laundry (in the Mission on 26th Street) to hang everything! I hope I can get all of my scrolls on the walls and all of my prints plus a few traditional media drawings PLUS my first soft sculpture. So, if you missed my Pop-Up - or even if you were able to attend - do send friends and/or just stop by my next event - it'll be very different! Here's a link to my next show.

Fred at work.

Fred's flowers the day after the show - transferred to a home vase. Just as gorgeous, I think.
